Giesse – PA009 Rod Machining

Functions
The automatic punching machine PA009 was created and developed for automatic cutting to length of polyamide connection rods.
It can also be used to rivet the pawls and make the fastening bolt tip on the rod.
Specifically for machining on a polyamide rod for 15/20 mm groove.

Technical Features
Equipped with a 7″ touch screen that facilitates configuration setting opera-tions and uploading of sash data (height, maneuvering height and width). The machining operations performed by the PA009 machine are:

• Cutting and Drilling Ø 8. Connection rods for GIESSE hardware can be ob-tained from this machining.
• Cut with integral bolt tip. With this machining the bolt tip is obtained directly from the rod.
• Double hole Ø 8 c/c distance 32 mm with pawl riveting to obtain the drive rod
  or the GIESSE cremone.

Rod trimming, for inserting accessories dedicated to 009 technology When entering data, the machine automatically proposes the options to be chosen according to the sash size in accordance with the technical specifications of the GIESSE hardware.
