Functions
Manual drilling machine for DOMINA HP hinges, designed to guarantee a real reduction in the machining time of aluminum profiles.
It is a manual downward drilling machine, which performs in one operation all four (2 wings) or six (3 wings) holes necessary for assembling the hinges. The drilling machine is equipped with a support base and side rollers to sup-port the profiles being processed.

Technical Features
A single operator, located at the front of the machine, is able to perform the required operations.
The sturdiness of the machine and the perfect leverage make it possible to drill both profiles (sash + frame) together.
Thanks to the sturdy adjustable pneumatic clamp and two stops with six posi-tions each, it is possible to center the profile in relation to the drill bits and set the hinge pitch; this ensures perfect drilling.
The spindles are driven by a three-phase asynchronous motor via a belt drive. The tool is cooled only during the drilling operation by a micro-mist system with adjustable flow rate consisting of three air atomizers of the coolant (one for each pair of drills).
Maximum profile thickness 2 mm.
Possibility of simultaneously making 4 holes (2 wings) or 6 holes (3 wings). The roller conveyor improves the stability of the profiles during machining. It is supplied in pairs (RH and LH) and is attached directly to the base of the drilling machine.
